Meet The Team

Dave is born and raised in Rochester and graduated from Bishop Kearney H.S. before going on to Niagara University, obtaining a B.S. in Business Administration. While at Niagara he was captain of the golf team. Upon graduation, Dave joined his father in business (The Cameron Group) which specialized in estate and business planning for small business owners. Just prior to starting Cameron Home Improvement Group Dave was a vice president at Clover Capital Management. Dave has had an extensive history of volunteering at a number of non-profits including but not limited to President of the American Heart Association, Board member of United Cerebral Palsy of Rochester and the Friendly Home. Dave was a recipient of “Forty Under Forty’s” inaugural class. In his spare time he enjoys golfing and spending time with family, especially his granddaughters.

Matt is born and raised in Rochester and is Dave's youngest son. He grew up in Irondequoit and graduated from West Irondequoit HS before going on to West Virginia University, obtaining a B.S. in Finance. Upon graduation, Matt worked in Sales at ADP in Pittsburgh, PA. He joined the family business in 2014 where his main role is consulting with clients on their remodeling needs for roofing, bathrooms and kitchens. In his spare time Matt enjoys being with his family and friends. He loves running, traveling and is an avid sports fan.

Brian is born and raised in Rochester and is Dave's oldest son. He grew up in Irondequoit and graduated from West Irondequoit HS before going on to Fredonia State University. He joined the family business in 2010 where his main role is roofing operations. In his spare time Brian enjoys being with his family and friends. He loves traveling, dining out and sports.

Brett is born and raised in Rochester. He grew up in Henrietta and graduated from Rush-Henrietta HS before attending Roberts Wesleyan to study Criminal Justice and play lacrosse. He joined Cameron Roofing in 2020 where his main role is overseeing the service and repair department. Brett enjoys being with his family, and friends. In his spare time, playing golf, and is an avid sports fan.

Sean is born and raised in Rochester and is Dave's nephew. He grew up in Irondequoit and graduated from West Irondequoit HS before going on to SUNY Brockport, obtaining a B.S. in Communications. Upon graduation, Sean started working for the family business in many different roles. Currently, Sean is a sales consultant at Cameron Roofing. In his spare time, Sean enjoys golfing and being outdoors. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends

Ryan was born and raised in Michigan. He grew up in Chelsea, MI, and graduated from Chelsea High School. He studied Business Administration and played hockey at MCC and Eastern Michigan University. Ryan joined Cameron Roofing in 2016 with a strong focus on Windows, Doors, and Siding for the group. He remains in that role today with a Customer-oriented approach to each project he takes on. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing sports and staying active. He is a youth hockey coach and was named the Monroe County Coach of the Year in 2018 when he was the varsity hockey coach at Spencerport High School. He treasures his time with wife, Katelyn and their two young children, Hailey, and Connor.
